how it works

    your coins go in, an ingot comes out.

  2. 2lock

    optional. no melting or moving until it ends.

  3. 3melt

    burn the ingot, get your coins back.

fees: mint 1.5% · melt 1.5% · early unlock up to 25%, of the ingot's amount, plus gas.

good to know

can anyone take the coins inside an ingot?

no. only the holder can melt an ingot, and the contract keeps the backing apart from everything else: the owner key can only withdraw coins above what all ingots hold.

what does it cost?

1.5% to mint and 1.5% to melt, of the ingot’s amount, plus gas. breaking a lock early costs up to 25%, less as time passes. the contract caps fees at 5% and the early-unlock penalty at 50%.
